How it works
Join via a 45-minute conference call on Wednesday mornings*, or stream/download the archived version and listen at your convenience.
Shinzen will lead the group in a short guided meditation in a core technique.
Then we'll listen as Shinzen engages one-on-one with one of your peer meditators to integrate practice into life.
We'll end with another short guided meditation and last thoughts.
